2. WEBSITE OPERATOR AND SELLER
AuraSight Tech Limited, trading as BIVDIKO, is the operator of this website and the seller of products and services purchased directly through the BIVDIKO online store, unless another seller is expressly identified before purchase.
Our online store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not the manufacturer or seller of BIVDIKO products and is not a party to transactions made directly between customers and BIVDIKO.
Products purchased through third-party marketplaces, social-commerce platforms, distributors, or retailers may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable third party.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Downloading or accessing the BIVDIKO application does not guarantee access to every feature.
Certain functions may only be available to users who own and successfully authenticate an eligible BIVDIKO product.
We do not guarantee that every current hardware product will support every future software feature, operating system, third-party platform, or application version.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase and for keeping compatible devices and software reasonably updated.
6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATED FEATURES
Certain current or future BIVDIKO services may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, voice processing, image processing, automated analysis, or related technologies.
AI-generated or automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these outputs are provided only for general information and convenience. They do not constitute:

BIVDIKO’s published prices include the standard customs duties and import charges associated with supported shipping methods and destinations, as described in our Shipping Policy.
The prices displayed on bivdiko.com include applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, and similar transaction taxes. These taxes are not added on top of the displayed prices at checkout.
