Limited 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty

AuraSight Tech Limited, trading as BIVDIKO, provides a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty for smart camera sports glasses, valid from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to products bought directly from our official website or authorized distributors and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended outdoor use.

1. What Is Covered

• Hardware failure of built-in camera module
• Malfunction of open-ear audio speakers
• Charging circuit and battery abnormal failure under proper use
• Mainboard functional defects caused by factory production issues

2. What Is NOT Covered

The warranty becomes void and does NOT apply to:
• Lens scratches, frame wear, cosmetic scuffs from daily use
• Damage caused by drops, impact, collision, water immersion or sand intrusion
• Improper storage, extreme temperature exposure
• Unauthorized disassembly, modification or unofficial repair
• Loss, theft or accidental damage
• Normal consumption and aging of batteries after long-term usage
• Problems caused by incompatible third-party accessories
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers without valid purchase proof

3. How To Submit a Warranty Claim

1. Prepare your order number / valid purchase receipt
2. Take clear photos or short videos showing the product fault
3. Contact our support team via the Contact Us page
Our team will review your request within 3–7 business days.
After verification, we may arrange repair, component replacement or equivalent product exchange at our discretion.

4. Important Notes

• Proof of purchase is mandatory for all warranty service.
• Replacement products inherit the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
• Customers are responsible for shipping cost when sending items back for inspection unless otherwise confirmed by support.
• This limited warranty is non-transferable.
