Which devices support the BIVDIKO App?
The iPhone app requires iOS 15.0 or later. Check the App Store listing for current compatibility. For Android, use the APK download above. If your phone reports that the app is incompatible, contact our support team with your phone model and Android version before proceeding.
How do I download the BIVDIKO App?
On iPhone, select the App Store button above and follow the store instructions. On Android, select the Android APK button on your phone and open the downloaded file.
If Android asks for installation permission, open Settings from that prompt and allow installation only for the browser or file manager you used. Return to the installer, then turn that permission off after installation. Menu names vary by phone.
Download only from this official page. Keep Google Play Protect enabled. If you see a harmful-app warning or installation is blocked, stop and contact our support team; do not bypass the warning.
How do I confirm I have the latest version?
On iPhone, open the BIVDIKO App Store listing to check its version history and install an available update. On Android, return to this official page for the available APK. If you are unsure whether an update is needed, contact support with your installed app version and phone model.
Do not uninstall the app or clear its data just to update it. Keep a separate copy of important recordings before making changes.
Is registration and login free?
Yes. Registration and login in the BIVDIKO App are free.
How do I connect W640 to the App?
Turn on W640, enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, then follow the connection guide in the App and the official tutorial. Use the instructions for your own model; camera functions are not available on every BIVDIKO model.
