BIVDIKO Smart Sports Glasses FAQ

Answers to common questions about BIVDIKO W640 sports camera glasses, manual video review, intercom, accessories and support.

Updated September 23, 2026. This guide covers W640 camera glasses and their BIVDIKO App workflow. Camera, lens, water-resistance and package details here apply to W640, not automatically to other BIVDIKO models.

What are BIVDIKO W640 Smart Sports Glasses?

BIVDIKO W640 Smart Sports Glasses combine first-person photo, video and audio capture with open-ear audio and app-connected communication. The glasses capture the wearer’s view; the BIVDIKO App provides media import, manual review, comparison and sharing tools.

Does BIVDIKO automatically analyze sports technique?

No. Sports analysis is performed manually by the user or coach. You choose the images, frames and comparisons, and add drawings, angles, notes or annotations yourself. Recording a clip does not automatically import or analyze it.

How do I review recordings in the BIVDIKO App?

Manually import the selected media into the App library, open an image or video, and choose the review tools. You can review one item, compare two images or videos, and move through a video frame by frame. Save the reviewed result or export selected media when you are ready to share.

Can the glasses record my entire swing or running form?

A camera worn on your face records the direction of your head, not a complete external view of your body. Use a separate external camera angle when you need to examine a whole swing, posture or footwork. First-person footage and external footage answer different review questions.

What is the difference between intercom and audio recording?

Intercom supports live one-to-one and group communication. It does not create a saved conversation recording. Audio recording is a separate capture function that creates a local file. Do not expect an intercom session to appear later in your recordings.

Where are photos, videos and review files stored?

Under the current App design, captured media and manually annotated review files are stored locally on the glasses or the user’s phone. The App does not upload these media files to BIVDIKO cloud storage. Files you export or share to another service are subject to that destination’s storage and privacy settings.

How should I back up recordings before changing phones?

Export the original recordings and any reviewed results you want to keep. Save copies outside the App, using your phone’s file-sharing or backup tools, and open a few exported files to check they work. Copy them to your new phone or another location before deleting the originals, resetting a device or uninstalling the App. Signing in on another phone does not replace a backup of locally stored media.

Can I swim with the glasses?

No. The published product specification describes IP66 protection for rain, sweat and splashes. The glasses are not designed for immersion or swimming. Follow the supplied care instructions.

Which lenses fit BIVDIKO W640 Smart Sports Glasses?

The separately sold BIVDIKO Interchangeable Shield Lens fits BIVDIKO W640 Smart Sports Glasses in White frame or Black frame. Available options are Smoke Black, Clear and Rainbow. It is not a universal lens for other brands or unlisted models.

What comes with the glasses?

The published package includes the glasses with a smoke lens installed, an additional interchangeable shield lens, a prescription insert, instruction manual, BIVDIKO card, charging cable and cleaning cloth. The Black frame package includes an extra photochromic shield lens; the White frame package includes an extra Rainbow shield lens.

What does my iPhone need to run the App?

The U.S. App Store listing for BIVDIKO requires iOS 15.0 or later and describes the App as designed for iPhone. Check the listing on your device for installation availability and the current version. App installation requirements do not confirm that every feature has been tested on every phone.

Where can I download the App and get help?

Use the official BIVDIKO App Download page for the available download options. For setup or compatibility help, contact support@bivdiko.com and include your device model and App version. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

Who operates BIVDIKO and where are the purchase policies?

BIVDIKO is the trading name of AuraSight Tech Limited. Current shipping, returns and warranty terms are published on the official website. Check those policies for destination availability, timing, eligibility and instructions before ordering.
